EDUCATOR CPD & LEARNER SKILLS

Learning Together

Explore how education is a lively exchange, not just one-way teaching. Co-learning, collaborating and not competing. Thriving instead of surviving. Understanding and applying, not rote learning and discarding.

Our Approach

Training educators to understand theories that shape teaching and spark meaningful dialogue. Exchanging and discussing facts and ideas, a bidirectional relationship. It's about supporting & facilitating. Role modelling.

Philosophy

The educationist theories, to enhance the learning of children and adults, has existed for hundreds of years. Al Ghazali, Makiguchi, Friere, Piaget, Vygotsky amongst many others, have enlightened us with the know-how of how to optimise learning, in combination with modern day scientific evidence. As the 4th industrial revolution takes hold, it's vital to equip our children for the future and to change our own perspectives to match the constantly evolving world.
